We commit to providing you with an exact non-binding quote as soon as possible.

Our methodology is the following:

Quote Request

To request a quote, you only need to send us an email to the email address presupuesto@agestrad.com with the following information:

- Original file to be translated.

- Language/s you want the file translated to.

- Desired delivery time (standard or urgent).

If you only have the original documents in paper format, you can send them to us by fax or by courier.

For web page translations, please indicate the web page address.

A manager will be in charge of the text and will review its nature, scope and possible difficulties. We will send you an exact non-binding quote immediately.

Quote Acceptance

To confirm quote acceptance, all you need to do is answer the email with the quote, indicating your acceptance of the same and including the details of your company (Name, Company Tax Number/Tax Identification Number, address and contact telephone number). We will subsequently send you the proforma invoice, which you should return to us signed and sealed. We will begin the translation project upon its receipt.

Order Delivery Time

We will send you the translation by electronic mail on a document with an identical layout to the original in the delivery time agreed.

Invoice

We will send you the invoice attached in the email with the translation. It should be paid by bank transfer (within 30 days for companies and in advance for individuals).
